The Quality Shoppe is a small boutique with an emphasis on personal attention and service. Walk-in clients are welcome in our prom, pageant, and social occasion departments. Our upstairs bridal salon is available by appointment.  Bridal and bridesmaids appointments are scheduled for one and a half hours. 

Initial consultations for wedding party tuxedo and suit rentals and purchases are scheduled for one hour.  These appointments are typically with the bride and groom to discuss your wedding day vision, share information about the composition of your wedding party, style each member's wedding day attire, and set a timeline for booking your rentals and purchases.  Appointments for group wedding party initial fittings are scheduled for one hour.  Appointments are not necessary for prom or social occasion tuxedo and suit rentals or purchases.

Appointments for mothers of the bride or groom are not required but available.  Those appointments are scheduled for one hour. 

If a client has not arrived within fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment time, then the appointment will be cancelled and the reserved bridal room will be made available to walk-in clients on a first-come, first-serve basis.
